Wireless Tips - Wireless not working and problems

As im been doing my job repairing laptop for almost three years now, experiences from my friends are very helpful, Here i would like to share some tips based on my experience about wireless including usb wireless for the Desktop.

1. Sometime the software might be the reason.
If you have a free wireless that provided by your college or workplace sometime you having trouble to connect to the network. This case is rare but the reason is might come from the software which provided by manufacturer.This case is specifically to Desktop because i think notebook/laptop today will come with wireless. So for me if you unable to connect to the internet by using external USB wireless, try to remove the sofware and install the driver only.

2. Your system crash.
Yesterday you connected to the network but today you can't. THis might cause from the system crash or corrupted, so here what i will do for the situation is system restore. you can do this by click START>ALL PROGRAMS>ACCECORIES>SYSTEM TOOLS>SYSTEM RESTORE. here select the date before the problems happen. Option 2 is by repair windows, for those who are not really in to this system stuff i suggest you ask your friends who know how to repair windows. It requires the insatllation cd based on your current system. For example if you are using win xp use the Win XP CD. Or you can browse the net for the resources. If i have extra time i will post how to do it but i think you can just google it.

3.Virus
I never face problems where you unable to connect because of virus but they might be the one who make your system of driver file lost it function.
