Updating the bios(if you got BSOD):(if needed only)
Get the '32-bit floppy configuration utility' from Intel.Extract it to a folder.

Next use Nlite to copy your XP cd to a folder and slipstream the SATA drivers.

(You can also get the Floppy files here to load SATA driver using F6 during XP installation ,or use Nlite to slipstream the driver and burn a new XP cd which would install with no BIOS changes.)
