If you want the light and wireless on off switch to work correctly you'll need to do this, it does work without it but the button doesnt seem to work reliably and the light doesn't work at all:

And for some reason the "text mode startup" portion of XP setup doesn't display, but eventually it reads and reads from the cd and finally boots into the main setup asking you what you want to do.
Once windows starts install the chipset INFs and reboot:

Intel Video driver and HDMI audio driver, for some stupid reason the .exe version is missing the INF for the HDMI so use the ZIP developer version below:
