Windows XP Driver Compaq Presario V3628AU/TU

There are 3 suggested driver for chipset, so you need to identified wether it is nvidia, intel or AMD.

For audio MS UAA must be installed before Conexant drivers.

Install Audio instruction - use force method

right click on my computer icon and select manage,

Select Device Manager> Audio on HD

Right click, Update Driver

Say "no, not at this time" for connecting to Windows Update

Install from a list or specific location

Don't search I will choose the driver to install

Remove the check from "Compatible Hardware" and click on "Have Disk"

Next...browse to C:\Swsetup\sp35682

Choose the "inf" file.If XP objects install anyway.
